Work on a HardFP support for LuaJIT

Project Proposal
- Context:
Lua is a popular scripting language used in many areas most notably in Game Development environment. To quote wikipedia and to show how important it is in game development, \"In June 2010, Apple Computer altered the terms of use for its iOS SDK, the software development kit for its iOS operating system, allowing the use of Lua.\" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lua_(programming_language)#Video_games).
LuaJIT (http://luajit.org/) is a very fast/popular open-source Just In Time compiler for Lua. It is recognized as being at the very edge of JIT design for dynamic languages and inspired (and continues to inspire) many similar engines.
- Task:
LuaJIT has recently been ported to ARM by Mike Pall (thanks to a sponsorship by QUALCOMM Inc.) but it does only support ARMv5 and does not support HardFP (VFP).
The work would involve adding support for HardFP to LuaJIT and potentially make it work up to ARMv7.
