Eg. from Debian amd64 to Debian armhf? I have done this recently, I can write up something and post it here.

CLFS doesn't have a specific book for ARM(HF) anyway, imho, it's the best resource. You could look for CRUX ARM development sources as they are very close to CLFS approach (that's why i pointed it).
