Hi acrux, please send the damaged card to Thomas Knäbel at bplan. If you can get the damaged card to Thomas, we can repair or replace it.

The issues in RoHS compliance. We cannot make new cards as they were produced before RoHS compliance was required. If we have the damaged card we are allowed to repair or replace it.

ok, just an update.
Thomas (from bplan GmbH) quickly answered to my help request. Now this damaged G4 cpu card is on the way to be fixed!
