Hollywood is a Multimedia Application Layer that can be used to create all kinds of multimedia applications ranging from a simple slide presentation to an exciting game.
The heart of Hollywood is a powerful yet easy to use state-of-the-art 64 bit script language which can be used to realise almost everything. The basic version of Hollywood comes with over 350 functions that encompass everything you need for your multimedia applications (graphics, timer, sound, layers, sprites, text, animation, clip regions, collision detection, dos, transitionfx & image processing functions). The functionality can be further extended through plugins.
Hollywood can save projects as stand-alone executables for many different platforms and also as Hollywood applets.
