X11 support for XGI Volari

X.org Driver Support for XGI Volari

Supports the XGI Volari V3XT, V5 and V8 and V8 Duo graphics adapters, along with the Z7 and Z9. This driver replaces existing support contained in the mainline "sis".

Full instructions on how to integrate the driver into the X.org source are provided in the README. Please check your prefered OS distribution for packaging.
