Has Anybody had luck resolving the CM3 problem!

i know there were post last year about this problem with some G4 processors, but i'd hoped it had been fixed by now, i'm using the latest version of crux, and with things the way they are it makes the ports system unusable.

Anybody got any ideas?

Thanks

we're in touch with cm3 developers by their mailing list...

...if you've the iso image of cruxppc 2.0 (latest stable) you can install the binary version of cvsup present on that release... it should work on your 2.1 beta

then you can change the TAGs definitions in the .cvs and .cvsup files to get the "current" port tree

regards and sorry for my delay but we're very occupied :(

You could also try the cvsup binaries available from Fedora Extras.
