Well, as far as interested developer/user driven events go, the EFIKA had its best success in Hungary (SceneCon was great Karoly - you and your organizing team did a very good job too and you followed up very well with the OpenWRT Project as you have for years with OpenPascal, etc. ), Poland as mentioned here (Riverwash ) and in other threads (i.e., AmiParty4), and in Germany (thanks to Geit@Home and other such events).
Then, there were more formally oriented events, towards academics for example, such as 6th International Workshop on Ambient Intelligence and Embedded Systems in Finland and the University of Tokushima's Science Festival in Japan , or towards more commercial use such as demonstrated recently at NI Week were the EFIKA headlined with QNX .
It takes all these kinds of events to move an architecture (PowerPC ) and a platform (the EFIKA) forward . When these things all can happen simultaneously and compound , then small companies like Genesi can grow. Thanks to all of you we are !
In the meanwhile, we are really looking forward to getting the EFIKA2 Developer Program started, so please update your Projects!
