Some preliminary optimisations are under testing and evaluation, but real testing can only begin when we have the real thing.
We are using a modified Gentoo system for our projects.
Some of the things we can test right now is boottime, and we estimate that we can achieve a boottime to a graphical system in less then 10 seconds.
This is however for a very specific application (computer for children), with a system stripped to the bare minimum, decompressed kernel, and some suspend2 stuff with other optimisations etc...
These things are very preliminary, so it could go completely wrong when we have the actual EFIKA.
