Is there a problem with having it available as a FTP download?

Who has used it to install Gentoo on their Efika and what is your opinion of it?

a properly installed Gentoo runs fairly well on the Efika, all things considering. The e17ka image gives a nice look at what linux could be on the machine. Fairly usable (and pretty, running Enlightenment DR17), the only caveat is that you'll likely have to edit the bootscript for your specific boot configuration.

I've only tested it with radeon 9000/92xx cards, and it works great.

Is there any alternative way to get this file? The torrent appears to be non-functional ("target machine actively refused connection" according to utorrent). It seems like it would be a great demonstration/test for new EFIKA owners.
