Would be nice to attend this event. Here in Hungary, we had a one day event, and the presenters were not really prepared about LabView embedded questions. Of course, there were very good presentations, some of them amazed me a lot (like using motion detectors to check if a hammer hit a nail or the wood), but still a bit lacking from the embedded point of view.

We took some pictures last Friday on an iPhone, but they did not come out as clearly as hoped. We should have some much better pictures and hand-outs from the convention floor later this week. The EFIKA is set up as a medical monitoring system.

That looks nice ! :-)

Looks like something I intend to build for my classes. I did a project some years back where we analyzed the available monitoring systems for patients recovering at home after surgery. The idea was to design a system with wireless sensors which would 'talk' to a base station with data such as heart rate, blood pressure, etc. and report these readings to the hospital.

The EFIKA would have been nice base station.

I have a prototype somewhere which I hopefully will convert to an EFIKA based system for teaching purposes (time permitting). Would be nice to include LabVIEW in there too!

Best regards,
Johan
