I recently bought a Panasonic 50" TV. When I connect my Efika via HDMI, the borders of desktop go out of TV screen (~15 pixels from all four sides). Any idea how to fix this?

Did you try all the different modes in your tv's settings?
It may offer you an HDMI2 mode or "just scan" or native mode or game mode or even an option to turn off overscan.

Works now. Don't know the details, but there is a N button on the remote which automatically did some stuff and made it work.

Thats useful, thanks. :D
I've been concentrating on other solutions at the computer end, some details here: http://forums.bodhilinux.com/index.php? ... -smarttop/

That's on the Bodhi Linux forum - the lead developer has an Efika Smartbook, and Genesi are listed as a Bodhi Affiliate on their website.
